Making a payment

Online or by phone:

You can pay by debit card in Online Service. Choose ‘Payments’ and then ‘Pay by Debit Card’.

Once your debit card is registered you can also pay your minimum monthly payment simply by texting ‘PAY’ and the last four digits of your credit card number to 88300. Make sure you make the payment at least three business days before it’s due.

If you’d like to call us to make a payment the number is 0800 011 3210. Calls to 0800 numbers are free from personal mobile phones and residential UK landlines. Calls will be monitored and recorded.

Through your bank:

The easiest way to make a payment through your bank is by Faster Payment. All you’ll need is our sort code (40-64-25) bank account number (41320424) and a reference (your 16 digit credit card number). Payments will be added to your account within two hours of receipt of the funds.

If you receive paper statements and would like to pay over the counter at your bank, take your completed bank giro credit slip found at the bottom of your statement in with you. You’ll need to make the payment at least four business days before it’s due.

By post:

If you’d like to pay your bill by cheque please make your cheque payable to ‘Virgin Money plc’ followed by your 16 digit credit card number. On the back of your cheque please write your name and address.

Then simply send in your cheque, with a completed Bank Giro slip to: Virgin Money Credit Cards, Thynne Street, Bolton BL11 1BH.

If paying by post please allow at least seven business days before the payments due.

Making a change to your payment due date:

Please call 0800 011 3210 if you would like to make a request to amend your current payment due date.

You can request a change to your due date once your account has been open for 15 days and requests are limited to once per 6 months.
