Can I use the app on more than one device?

This article is for the following products:
Virgin Money Virgin Atlantic Virgin Money Slyce
 
 
For security, you can only use it on one device.
 

If you want to change the device it's installed on, there are just a couple of steps to do this:
> Download the app on your new device and tap 'Already using the app' on the front screen
> You'll be asked to register again (don't worry, you can keep the same username, password and passcode)
 

Make sure you have your credit card to hand to do this. The app will automatically be de-registered on your old device.
