Questions and answers

You need an up-to-date internet browser and JavaScript enabled on your computer. Then all you need to do is register to use online service, which doesn’t take long.

Complete your details on the Service page and click 'Confirm'. We'll give you an Internet ID straight away, and pop a PIN in the post for you to activate your account.

It’s a unique number we issue you with when you first register for online service. You then use it along with your PIN whenever you want to log in. We issue everyone with their own personal internet ID to keep your information as secure as possible.

Logging in is easy - you'll need to enter your internet ID and PIN, then just click 'Log in' and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you can't remember your internet ID, click 'Forgotten your internet ID?' in the right-hand menu of the online service site, answer a few personal security questions, and we'll show you your internet ID on screen.

If you can't remember your PIN or you type it in wrong 3 times and are temporarily 'locked out' of your account, click 'Forgotten your PIN?' in the right-hand side of the online service page. Just follow the on-screen instructions and we'll send you a new PIN in the post as soon as possible.

Just click 'Log out' on the right-hand side of the online service page. If you forget to log out don’t worry, we’ll log you out automatically after 15 minutes, for your own security.

You can use it to service your Virgin Money products, including your ISA, pension and unit trust details. You can print off a statement, change your regular payments and much more - all at the touch of a button.

For extra security we provide you with a separate internet ID, instead of using your VIR number which we use for all other correspondence. This makes servicing your account online more secure.
