This form can be used by solicitors to request redemption statements for Virgin Money Mortgages only.
Please ensure you correctly input the customer’s mortgage account number and your fax number to avoid delays. All details need to be completed or Virgin Money will be unable to process the request.
The redemption statement will be issued by fax within 24-48 hours of receipt of this form. Exceptions to these timescales are detailed below.
Important information for customers who are moving home and keeping their mortgage with Virgin Money
- For existing customers who are moving home and keeping their mortgage with Virgin Money, redemption statements will be issued within 3-5 working days of receipt of this form.
- If a Certificate of Title for the new property loan has not been received, the redemption statement will show the customers full Early Repayment Charge.
- If a Certificate of Title has been received, the redemption statements will show the adjusted Early Repayment Charge in line with our Returning Home Moving Policy.
- If a revised redemption statement is required once you have submitted the Certificate of Title, you will need to request an additional statement using the form below. Revised redemption statements are not automatically issued upon receipt of the Certificate of Title.
