Understand the options available to you when your coronavirus payment holiday comes to an end

This service is available to existing Virgin Money, Clydesdale Bank and Yorkshire Bank customers who have taken a mortgage payment holiday of up to three months as a result of coronavirus.

Things to remember

  • We will write to you confirming when your next payment will be due. Your letter will confirm your new monthly payment and latest balance - taking into account the interest that has been added during your payment holiday.
  • If you're able to afford your new monthly payment and don't want to make any additional changes to your mortgage, then there's nothing else that you need to do - your mortgage payments will restart.
