How to claim

If you need to make a claim, don’t worry – we’ll deal with it quickly. There are just three steps:

  1. Download a claim form.
  2. Complete the claim form and send it back to us with any relevant documents. You can send this by post or e-mail to claims@travel.virginmoney.com.
  3. We’ll then process your claim.

Please keep total file size of each email under 10 MB (including any attachments) and note that we cannot accept any files stored on cloud services or third party portals.
