How to activate your new card

Not yet registered for Online Service?

If you are not yet registered for Online Service then you can activate your card as part of the registration process. As you progress through the registration process you will be asked if you want to register your new card.

 

To register, you’ll need:

  • Your registration code
    We’ve emailed you a registration code. If you haven’t received it, check your junk or spam folders.
    Then please add us to your address book so future messages about your account get through.
  • Your Virgin Money Credit Card number
    You can find your Virgin Money Credit Card number on your card or on your statement, and it will start 5310 or 5276.
Register for Online Service 

Registered for Online Service?

To activate your credit card online you need to log in to Online Service.

You will be directed to the page shown below which shows transactions you have made with your card. On the right hand side of your screen you will find the 'Activate your card' link directly underneath your account summary. Just click the link and you will be taken through the card activation process.

 

If you do not see the ‘Activate your card’ link then your card does not require to be activated on this occasion and you can start using it straight away.
