How to change your password online

Forgotten your password? Here's how to reset it online:

Please note the screenshots in our guides show how Online Service will look on your PC or laptop. It will look different if you are using a mobile but the steps involved are all exactly the same.

  1. Select the 'Sign in' link on the My Virgin Money Credit Card page.
  2. On the Sign in screen select the 'I have forgotten my password or passcode' link and follow the instructions.
  3. For your security, we’ll send a 6-digit code to the mobile phone you have registered against your account. This is an access code which expires five minutes after it’s sent.

    Enter the code and select 'Submit'.

Want to change your password to something else?

  1. Sign in to Online Service.
  2. Select 'Services' from the navigation.
  3. Choose 'Update password' from the 'Manage your security settings' section.
  4. You’ll be asked to confirm your current password, then create and confirm a new one.
