Step 1 - Download Microsoft Components (optional)

Virgin Money online requires the Microsoft components listed below.

Based on your installation requirements, you may be advised to install / re-install these files.

Step 2 - Download Virgin Money Online Application

1. Click the "Download" button below to download the MSI installer for the Virgin Money Online Application.
2. Select "Open" or select "Save" file and then open the saved MSI file.
3. Double click on the installer file.
4. Read and agree to the End-User license.
5. Select the "Install" button or change the install location.
6. The installation will complete and the VMO shortcut icon will appear on your desktop.
7. Double click on the shortcut icon to open your Virgin Money Online Application.

Step 3 - Complete Registration

After installing the Virgin Money Online Application, please contact our mortgage service team to complete the registration process on 0345 601 0680*.
