Cancelling Direct Debits by post

You can cancel one or more of your Direct Debits in Store, over the phone by calling 0345 600 6103 or by post. We will need to receive your instruction at least one business day before the next payment is due.

To cancel a Direct Debit by post, please write to us at the address below.

Please sign the letter and tell us your name, address, account number and the following details:

• Who receives the payment (the 'Name')
• Any reference

You can find this information on the 'Your Direct Debits' page in Online Service.

Please make sure you also tell the company that receives the Direct Debit that you are cancelling the payment.
