We believe the bank of the future should make banking a happier experience for everyone. So we’d like you to tell us what we need to do to make banking better and we’ll make sure your thoughts are part of our planning.

At the same time, you could be helping to make others happy too. For every customer who shares their thoughts with us here, we’ll donate £1 to a charity pot that will be shared equally between the mental health charity MindOpens in a new window/tab and the Make-A-Wish foundationOpens in a new window/tab.

Participation rules

To participate, you must be a UK resident customer of Clydesdale Bank, Yorkshire Bank, B or Virgin Money. We'll make a £1 donation, shared between our two partner charities, for every customer that provides us with genuine feedback, up to a maximum total donation of £30,000. Multiple or duplicate entries won't generate additional donations. If we reasonably think the campaign is being abused, or participants are acting against the spirit of the campaign, we may exclude participants or vary/end the campaign.

This campaign closes on 28 June 2019, after which we will keep the data for a maximum of 90 days. No personal data such as name, address, email, phone number, account numbers or card details should be shared on this form and your answers will be received anonymously.
