Before you start
This form helps you raise a claim against a purchase you've made using your Virgin Money credit card. You can see the full range of dispute reasons on the form and select the one that's right for you. These include:
- When you didn't get what you paid for
- The item you received was faulty or broken
- Something that's different to how it was described
Before you continue you might need to have your statement which relates to the disputed transaction, any purchase details, information on your claim including any contact with your retailer.
To do this you will need
- The last four digits of your credit card
- Personal details on the account (name, address, date of birth)
