Whilst a purchase or payment is ‘pending’ we cannot raise a dispute with the retailer on your behalf. Please visit gethelp.virginmoney.com and search for 'Pending transactions'.
If the transaction does clear onto your account and you are unhappy with it then the quickest way to resolve issues it to contact the retailer. You should always do this in the first instance.
If you have been unable to resolve a refund issue with the retailer then please continue to fill in the form.
This form will let you…
This form helps you raise a claim against a purchase you've made using your Virgin Money credit card. You can see the full range of disputes reasons on the form and select the one that's right for you. These include:
- When you didn't get what you paid for
- If the item you received was faulty or broken
- If something you've purchased is different to how it was described
Before you continue, it's a good idea to have the statement which relates to the disputed transaction handy. You'll also need the purchase details, information on your claim and details of any contact with the retailer.
If you've already raised a dispute for this transaction please don't complete another form. You should hear from us in approximately four weeks.
To do this you will need
- The last four digits of your credit card
- Personal details on the account (name, address, date of birth)
