- Personal details on the account (name, address, date of birth)

- You cannot close your account if you have a balance (if you owe us money or we owe you money)
Please note: If you have recently made a payment, please allow a minimum of 3 business days prior to completing this form (Business days are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, except for bank holidays or public holidays.)
