Use this form to ask us to close your credit card account.

We'll ask for:

• the last four digits of your credit card
• your personal info and contact details

You can use this form if:

• You're the primary card holder
• You've had your account for at least a month. If not, you can close your account by calling us. Find the number on the back of your card or on our contact page.
• You're balance is zero (you don't owe us money and we don't owe you money)
• You've not made a payment in the last 3 business days
