This form will let you...
- Request a change to your payment due date
We don’t take payments on weekends or bank holidays, so sometimes we’ll take the payment slightly after your payment date (but never before). So, if your payment date falls on a Saturday, we’ll collect it on the Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday.
Just so you know, your statement date will also change when we change your payment date.
Please note: You can request a change to your due date once your account has been open for 15 days and requests are limited to one per six months.
To do this you will need
- The last four digits of your credit card
- Personal account details (name, address, date of birth)
Christmas Notice: Requests received between the 24th December and 3rd January may take a little longer for us to process due to the holiday period, we will communicate with you to confirm we have received your request and again once your request is completed.
