To do this you will need

• The last four digits of your credit card
• Personal details on the account (name, address, date of birth)

Please note

• Before cancelling, you will need to make alternative payment arrangements to ensure that future payments reach the account by the due date. Please check your statement each month for the amount that is due and the due date.
• If your direct debit payment is due in less than 7 business days you will need to call us instead. You can do this using the number on the back of your card.
