What else you need to know
When you apply for your Virgin Prepaid Travel Money Card we verify your identity against the information you've given us, so we know it's you. In most cases, this will go through automatically and we'll get a card to you within 7-10 days.
If we’re unable to do this automatically we’ll ask you to send us documents to confirm your identity. Depending on the information you provide, we may issue you with a restricted or an unrestricted card. If we can’t verify your identity, we may be unable to send you a card.
