Renewing your travel insurance

Renewing your policy couldn't be easier.

If you have an annual policy you'll receive your renewal notice 3-4 weeks before your renewal date, containing all your premium information and a breakdown of your cover.

If your policy is set up to be renewed automatically

You'll get continuous cover, and all you need to do is simply check the information on the renewal notice, including your payment details to make sure they are correct. If you need to update your payment information, just give us a call on 0844 888 3903. Otherwise, there's no need for you to contact us, unless you have any questions or wish to amend your policy.

Please note: If we're unable to process your payment, we can't start your new policy and you won't be covered.

If you don't want the policy renewed, just let us know by calling 0844 888 3903, so we can update our records.

If your policy is not automatically renewed

This will be confirmed on your renewal notice and we will write to you with details of your new quote and the number you need to call us on to renew your policy.
