Renewing your travel insurance

Renewing your policy couldn't be easier.

If you have an annual policy you'll receive your renewal notice 3-4 weeks before your renewal date, containing all your premium information and a breakdown of your cover.

If your policy is set up to be renewed automatically

You'll get continuous cover, and all you need to do is simply check the information on the renewal notice is correct. There's no need for you to contact us, unless you have any questions or wish to amend your policy.

If you don't want the policy renewed there's a telephone number and an email address to use on the renewal notice, so just let us know.

If your policy isn’t on automatic renewal

This will be confirmed on your renewal notice and we will write to you with details of your new quote and the number you need to call us on to renew your policy.
