To start the process please give us a call on 0844 888 3902, our lines are open from 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday. We also have an out of hours message service on our claims line.

Please ensure that all Original Documentation in support of your claim is sent with your claims form as photocopies are not acceptable and can lead to a delay in the handling of your claim.
An acknowledgement letter will be sent to you upon receipt of your completed claims form that will advise you of your claims reference number. Please ensure that this reference is quoted in any future contact.

You'll need to quote 'IGCS 1380' and please also have your Virgin Travel Insurance policy number ready. (You can find this on the top of your policy schedule.)
