If you have an accident please call us as soon as possible if you need to make a claim on 0844 335 6108*.

• If there are injuries, call the police and an ambulance straightaway.
• If anyone else is involved, exchange personal and insurance details with the other driver.
• Ask for details of any witnesses and take down the registration of all vehicles involved.
• If you think it will help, draw a diagram and note down what happened, while it is still fresh in your mind.

Get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to make a claim, so we can send you a claim form.

Don’t forget to keep hold of all your receipts and make copies before attaching them to your completed form and returning it to us in the post.

Please ensure that all Original Documentation in support of your claim is sent with your claims form as photocopies are not acceptable and can lead to a delay in the handling of your claim.

An acknowledgement letter will be sent to you upon receipt of your completed claims form that will advise you of your claims reference number. Please ensure that this reference is quoted in any future contact.
