For identification purposes the customer's surname and the last four digits of the payment card with which they booked their ticket(s) will be displayed on the e-ticket. Tickets will then be non-exchangeable.
13. The offer is available for up to 4 customers travelling together, making single or return journeys.
14. You must take your payment card with which you booked your tickets when you travel, for validation of your ticket on board by the train manager. Failure to do so may result in excess charges up to the value of the appropriate public fare for the journey being made.
