Free case of wine – offer now closed

The credit card wine offer is now closed, but if you applied between the 6 and 20 August then there’s still time to claim. To qualify for the offer you’ll need to complete balance transfers, money transfers and/or purchases to the value of £1,000 within 60 days of your account being opened.

Apply between 6 - 20 August 2015 and enjoy a free case of Virgin Wines (RRP £50) when you make transfers and purchases of £1,000 or more within 60 days of account opening.

Within 14 days of becoming eligible, we'll send you an email with your unique voucher code and password.

You can then use your code to order a 6-bottle case of specially selected boutique wines. There are red, white and mixed cases to choose from.

When your order is complete, you'll receive your case within 14 days. There's nothing to pay, no vouchers to send off and it will even be delivered for free.

  1. Virgin Money plc (“Virgin Money”) will provide to new customers who apply and are approved for a Virgin Credit Card via phone, through virginmoney.com MoneySupermarket.com or MoneySavingExpert.com between 6 and 20 August 2015 and complete a Balance Transfer, Money Transfer or purchases to the value/combined value of £1,000 (sterling) within the first 60 days from account opening with one of the cases of wine listed in clause 6 (“the Offer”),.
  2. The Offer only applies to credit cards issued by Virgin Money plc.
  3. Please be aware that Virgin Atlantic Credit Cards and Virgin Prepaid Cards are not eligible for the Offer.
  4. The Offer will be made to the primary account holder only, via a voucher code sent to their registered e-mail address only. Additional cardholders are not eligible for the offer, however, transactions performed by an additional card holder will contribute towards the £1,000 (sterling) value.
  5. A valid e-mail address must be recorded as part of the accountholder’s application for credit to allow for Virgin Money to send the voucher code.
  6. The voucher code will be sent to the primary cardholders registered e-mail address, no later than 14 days after the eligibility criteria has been met. The voucher code must be redeemed via the Virgin Wines website (http://www.virginwines.co.uk/vmoney) by 23.59pm on 31 December 2015.
  7. The cases of wine available as part of the offer are: a case of 6 mixed boutique wines (comprising of Los Monitos Merlot x1, Le Petit Arbousier Comte Tolosan x1, Dragon Hills Chardonnay x1, Don Antonio Catamarca Torrontes Sauvignon Blanc x1, Dragon Hills Syrah x1, Raging Toro Sauvignon Chardonnay x1), or a case of 6 boutique Red wines (comprising of Los Monitos Merlot x2, Le Petit Arbousier Comte Tolosan x2, Dragon Hills Syrah x2) or a case of 6 boutique White wines (comprising of Dragon Hills Chardonnay x2, Don Antonio Catamarca Torrontes Sauvignon Blanc x2, Raging Toro Sauvignon Chardonnay x2).
  8. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and there is no alternative to the wine or the wine combinations listed in clause 7.
  9. Virgin Money reserves the right to amend, vary or withdraw the Offer (including the available wines) at any time and without notice.
  10. In order to qualify for the offer and receive a voucher the accountholder must operate the account within the agreed terms and conditions i.e. the accountholder must not miss a payment or go overlimit.

What happens next?

Within 14 days, you will receive an email containing your unique voucher code to the address registered on your account. To take up the offer, visit http://www.virginwines.co.uk/vmoney link opens in a new window  and follow the simple instructions.

Once you have placed your order, your wine will be delivered to you within 14 days.
