Activate your card
Activating your card is quick and easy. Simply follow the instructions below and your card will be ready to use today.
New to online service?
- You need to register for online service - click on the register for online service link under the 'Login securely' button on the right.
- During registration you'll get the option to activate your card at the same time.
- When you choose this option your card will automatically be activated as soon as you've registered.
Any problems? If you're having problems activating online then call us on 0800 015 0307, 7am - 10pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 9pm Saturday, 9am - 9pm Sunday.
Already registered for online service?
- Log on as normal using the 'Login' panel above.
- On the 'Your Account' screen, you will be prompted to activate your card.
- Just click on the button and follow the onscreen instructions to activate your card.
Adding another credit card number to an existing account? You need to log in as normal, click on 'Add Card'' near the top of the page and follow the instructions. Once you've registered the new account you can activate your card.
