Your personal information
We will record, store and process the personal information you give us for the purposes of administering the Partnership Programme, for marketing analysis and to contact you about Virgin Money products and services. We may contact you by phone, mail or email. We will keep your personal information only for as long as we need to, or are allowed to by law. You have certain rights to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you. If you would like a copy, please write to us. We may disclose your personal information to any person working for the Virgin Money Group, and our agencies and suppliers, for the purposes of administering the programme, including the Fragile Earth prize draws. We will not pass your details to any third party for marketing purposes. It is your responsibility to inform us in writing if your personal details change, including such time that you are no longer FSA registered.

Any calls you make may be monitored for quality and training purposes.


Your Partnership Programme membership number
Please make a note of your membership number. You may need to quote it when making a purchase or booking under the programme. The number should only be quoted by the member.


Changes to Partnership Programme terms and conditions
The terms and conditions of the programme may be revised without notice and it is your responsibility as a member to check them from time to time for any updates or changes.


Changes to Partnership Programme offers
The offers are listed at the discretion of the provider. Virgin Money and the offer provider reserves the right to change or withdraw any offer without notice. Terms and conditions of each of the offers available are also listed on the website www.virginmoney.com/partnership and may be subject to change without notice. Please make sure you read them carefully before making a purchase or booking.


Cancelling your membership
You may cancel your membership of the Partners Programme at any time by informing us in writing.
