Northern Rock has become part of Virgin Money - Now we're twice as committed to working with intermediaries

As Chief Executive of Virgin Money, I want to assure you that we are fully committed to our intermediary partners and we are looking forward to working with you, for both our benefits, now and in the future. We are developing some exciting plans for the coming year and you will be the first to hear about them.

Our immediate priority is to support you and your customers
We will make sure you continue to get the service you need – we will not be making any immediate changes to Northern Rock products or services. You will still be able to do business with us in the same ways, through the same people.

We will create new opportunities over the next 12 months
As you would expect, during 2012 we will update the service we offer you to reflect the change to Virgin Money. We hope to include some innovative new products, as well as identifying areas where we can improve the current service we offer you.

Your interests are at the very heart of our business planning and we will be setting high standards for our products, partnerships and service to help your business thrive.

If you would like to talk to us or have any specific questions about what Northern Rock becoming part of Virgin Money means for you, please contact your Business Development Manager, who will be very happy to answer your questions.

Thank you for being one of our valued business partners and I very much hope that we can continue to do business together for years to come.

Yours sincerely
