What will change?
As you would expect, there's a lot of work to do to bring the two companies together. We're keen to make things happen quickly and you will start to notice some changes straightaway. But we will be sensible and do things the right way.
Changes to branches
You'll see Northern Rock branches changing to Virgin Money Stores over the course of the year. We've put a lot of thought into creating a different kind of space for customers to come and do their banking. As well as our Stores, we're creating places where our customers and communities can come together - we call these Virgin Money Lounges.

New products
Our long-term goal is to offer Northern Rock and Virgin Money customers a full range of banking products, and you'll be the first to hear about these.
In the meantime, you can take advantage of the additional products now available to you through Virgin Money. These include:
