The Virgin Money Promise Tree
In 2010, as part of the sustainable festival at Clarence House, we built a recyclable promise tree.
We asked visitors to make a promise and write it on a paper leaf to hang on the tree - so the tree blossomed as we collected promises.
In 2011 we took the tree across the country to the 4 main agricultural shows and the Start Festival at Kew Gardens. In collecting over 3,000 promises, Virgin Money hopes the promise tree inspired visitors to change their routine and start working towards fulfilling their commitment – so everyone's better off.
