Our Lounges are about more than money and banking
- they are designed to be places where our customers
can relax and local communities come together. They
are all part of our ambition to be a very different kind
of bank - one that makes everyone better off.
Lounge membership is completely free, and so are the refreshments,
Wi-Fi and use of our iPads. You’re welcome to bring a friend or family
member in with you, and there’s a children’s corner to keep the
kids entertained.
Whether you need to brush up on a few points before a meeting, or simply unwind with a newspaper, our Lounges can be used in a whole host of ways.
Free tea, coffee and a selection of other hot and cold drinks are always available to Lounge members, plus fruit and snacks are on offer throughout the day.
There’s a children’s area including books, art materials and a games console to keep the kids entertained while you relax, and you can pop in anytime to use our customer toilets and baby changing facilities.
We’ve got areas for you to login and do your online banking
or service your Virgin Money products. Just ask our Lounge
staff to point you in the right direction.
Come in and put your feet up or use the Lounge for
an informal meeting. We’ve got comfy armchairs and
sofas, plus areas you could use to do some work
if you need to.
We’ve got plenty of power points if you need to
charge your phone or laptop, and our staff are
happy to help with any little emergencies, like
printing off last minute documents before a meeting.

Our Lounges have a free Wi-Fi connection, so why not borrow
one of our iPads or bring your laptop into the Lounge to check your emails or surf the web.
TV is available all day for you to keep up with the latest news, plus we have the day’s newspapers and a selection of magazines.
