We promised in January this year that when we brought together Virgin Money and Northern Rock, 2012 would see our 75 branches up and down the country begin to be transformed into warm and welcoming Virgin Money Stores.

This change is taking shape and the first Virgin Money Store is now open for business in Guildford. Different to your typical bank branch, our Stores offer straightforward products, great service, no fuss and no hard sell. Like our Lounges, they’re a bright, relaxed and comfortable environment where you can sort out money matters quickly and easily.

We want you to enjoy banking with us there, and our ambition is that our Stores are a real part of the communities they serve. We’d love you to come and visit us and tell us what you think.
