Our plans for Virgin Money Stores reflect our aim to be a fresh face on the high street
The more people hear us talk about high street banking, the more they ask what our branches will look like – even more so now that Northern Rock has become part of Virgin Money, and we have 75 locations across the country which will be changing to Virgin Money.
We get the feeling people think we’ll do something different from the average bank. And we don’t like to disappoint...

Our vision is to have a network of Virgin Money Stores across the UK, offering customers a warm and welcoming place to do their banking.
Our Stores will offer great value products, good service, no fuss and no hard sell. Just a bright, relaxed, comfortable environment to come and sort out money matters, quickly and easily.
We want our customers to enjoy doing their banking there, our staff to enjoy working there and our Stores to be a real part of the community they serve. That way, everyone will be better off.
During 2012, we’ll be updating the current Northern Rock branches in line with our plans for Virgin Money Stores.

To complement our Stores, we’ll also have Virgin Money Lounges in five cities – Edinburgh, Newcastle, Norwich, Manchester and London.
Our Lounges are places where our customers and their guests can relax, and where local communities can meet.
Our Edinburgh, Norwich and Manchester Lounges are already open. They are free to use and exclusively for Virgin Money customers and their guests. And now that Northern Rock is part of Virgin Money, Northern Rock customers can use them too.
